A CBC crew spent 2 days filming Rich at his Studio/Gallery 164 in Stratford and at Stratford Municipal Airport profiling his career as an aviation artist. This video is the result of their efforts. The film was first aired on CBC Sunday Arts Entertainment in Jan. 1994. As well as interviews and footage focusing on his aviation art and how he paints, it also features a WW2 Mustang, which at the time was owned and flown by Gary McCann and was hangared at the Stratford Municipal airport. There is also some flying footage of Rich back-seating in a WW2 vintage Harvard, piloted by Norm Beckham, an aerobatic pilot well known and respected on the air-show circuit, who at that time was flying with the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Assoc. out of Tillsonburg Ontario.
